The past few days has been nothing but torment for me-- and that would be an understatement. I'm the kind of person who likes adventure. As much as possible, I'd rather not stay at home. But with all the events as of late, going out's practically impossible.

Fortunately, today was a loophole. As I understood it, my dad was going out of town and was going to be out of town until Thursday. I grabbed this opportunity and told Rena the night before that we should have lunch together. And just to hit two birds with one stone, I decided to drop off some stuff at Sam's house as well!

These are my new shoes. I call them "cheat faux Converse" since 1.) they add sneakily add an inch and a half to your height and 2.) they're knockoffs I got from Bangkok, HAHA!

The bracelet below matches the shoes I got buuuut there's a funny story to how I got this certain accessory. Back in summer class, I compliment my classmate--who was wearing five bracelets at that time, mind you--that I thought it was pretty. She replied, asking which one and I pointed to the turquoise one. She took it off na lang and said it was mine na daw! It was so nice and funny at the same time!

Anyway, back to today! I left the house an hour than I actually planned but Rena got there on time. We ate at Sisig Express because after weeks, I have been craving sisig, like no one can even understand!

One thing about me is that I never ever let my college friends meet my high school friends because I am iffy and weird like that BUT today, that changed! I introduced Rena to Reg and Reg to Rena! The lunch was really nice because we kept on laughing almost the whole time and it was just the best thing that happened to be all week! I haven't laughed so hard in ages and it felt so nice to just be shallow for a change.

I gave Reg her pasalubong from Bangkok and she gave me a gift-- which I found super duper sweet kase a.) she got it for me just because lang! No birthdays, no Christmas or any special occassion! She just bought it! Huhuhu can you say sweetheart? b.) I ALWAYS wanted to buy something from Muji but I never had the money, time, or transport to accomplish this. I literally gasped after I peeked inside this magical paper bag!

After a few more laughs, Reg had to go back to UST because she had to take care of some stuff. Rena and I headed to Sam's place to drop off the things I needed to give which were mostly pasalubongs I got for my friends.

PB couldn't pick between two keychains and Sam ended up needing to choose for her.

Also, I forgot to mention when we arrived, they were watching GoT (Game of Thrones) which PB pronounced as gasdash-ot.

After PB and Sam realised that they can't focus on watching GoT anymore because Rena and I arrived, they decided to make brownies-- the cheap instant kind but still, really yummy.

We had to wait approximately half and hour for the brownies so I asked them to draw on the new notebook Reg got me!

After eating the brownies, we watched a movie and left around five. Now, I mentioned that I thought my dad would be home by Thursday but when I got home, he was there and he got home from Pampanga ten minutes I arrived. So wala lang, I was lucky today because he didn't find out that I went out today.
